CnP network using your PF number.Use this when you've forgotten your password or want to change it. You'll confirm the change with a push approval on the FortiAuthenticator app.
Go to the C&P self-service reset page and start a new request.
Open the reset form โType your PF number in the identity field so the system can find your account.
Enter a new password, then re-enter it to confirm. Use a strong password โ mix upper and lower case, numbers, and a symbol, and avoid anything used before.
Open the FortiAuthenticator app on your phone and approve the notification. If you use a code instead of push, enter the current code shown in the app.
Submit the form. Once approved, your new password is active immediately across all C&P systems that use your domain login.
The C&P wireless network is CnP. You'll sign in with your PF number and a one-time code from the FortiAuthenticator app.
On your phone or laptop Wi-Fi list, choose CnP.
When prompted, enter your Provident Fund (PF) number as the username and the password you were given.
Open the FortiAuthenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code shown for your account to finish signing in.
Once accepted you'll join the C&P network. Your device should reconnect automatically next time you're in range.
